Oven baked chicken wings
I have made oven baked wings many times. I have tried all the tricks like baking powder which are fine, but I have found the easiest method which is just using a convection oven (You can use a regular oven, but I would probably bump the heat up to 450).
The ingredients couldn't be simpler because its just chicken wings. Start with whatever wing pieces you like (drumettes, flats, or a mix of both). Lay them skin side down on a baking sheet (There is usually skin on both side, but put the side with the most skin down). I don't even bother drying them off. Bake in a 425 convection oven for 20 minutes. Flip and bake 20 minutes more or until done and crispy. (I want to try not flipping them next time). I don't use any aluminum foil since the wings might stick to it so if you do you will probably want to put a little oil on it.

It is that easy. You will have crispy and chewy chicken wings that are perfectly done. Dressing them is really up to you. Again I keep is very simple with just Frank's Red Hot and garlic powder. Just add the wings to a bowl, and keep adding Frank's and garlic powder until the wings are coated and tasting just how you want them to taste.
