Lenape Cocktail
Ingredients: 1 mandarin orange or equivalent 2 oz bourbon 1 oz vermouth Cocktail cherry with juice Aromatic bitters (I like Fee brothers, but Angostura also works) Directions Lightly muddle the orange in a double old fashioned glass. You want to extract the juice but leave the orange segments intact so they can re-hydrate with the cocktail Add bourbon, vermouth, cocktail cherry and its juice to taste Add 2 to 5 dashes of bitters to taste Stir constantly for at least 30 seconds
