Salmon burgers
Ingredients:
- 4 15 ounces canned boneless skinless salmon
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 6 eggs
- 8 green onions, minced
- 2 teaspoon 21 seasoning salute
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Mix everything in a bowl and form into 12 5 oz patties
- Freeze on parchment or silpat lined baking sheet
- Move to freezer bag once frozen
Cooking from Frozen:
- Heat pan over medium low add 2-4 tbsp of olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan
- Cook on first side for 10 minutes or until bottom is browned. Do not move the burgers once you have put them in the pan.
- Cook another 10 minutes on the second side
