Salmon burgers

Ingredients:
  • 4 15 ounces canned boneless skinless salmon
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 8 green onions, minced
  • 2 teaspoon 21 seasoning salute
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
  1. Mix everything in a bowl and form into 12 5 oz patties
  2. Freeze on parchment or silpat lined baking sheet
  3. Move to freezer bag once frozen
Cooking from Frozen:
  1. Heat pan over medium low add 2-4 tbsp of olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan
  2. Cook on first side for 10 minutes or until bottom is browned. Do not move the burgers once you have put them in the pan.
  3. Cook another 10 minutes on the second side
