Roast chicken
"Done" for me is right around when the breast is 155 F and the thigh is usually around 165 F.
Ingredients:
- 1 3-4 lb chicken
- olive oil or butter
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Drizzle chicken with oil or cover with butter
- Season with salt and pepper inside and out
- Bake in a 425 F oven (with convection if you have it) for 1 hour or until "done"
