Cauliflower Rice V2

The basic ratios are 1 cup rice to 24 oz cauliflower rice though you can adjust to taste. Then for the rice, the ratio is 1:1 rice:water + 1/2 cup of water for evaporation. 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 24 oz frown cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup dry rice
  • 2 tbsp butter (optional)
Directions:
  1. Add water, salt, butter and cauliflower rice to a 3 quart saucepan
  2. Cover and bring to a simmer
  3. Add rice and mix well. Cover again.
  4. Lower heat to low or medium low and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Turn off heat and let sit for 10 minutes, uncover and fork.
