Cauliflower Rice V2
The basic ratios are 1 cup rice to 24 oz cauliflower rice though you can adjust to taste. Then for the rice, the ratio is 1:1 rice:water + 1/2 cup of water for evaporation.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups of water
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 24 oz frown cauliflower rice
- 1 cup dry rice
- 2 tbsp butter (optional)
Directions:
- Add water, salt, butter and cauliflower rice to a 3 quart saucepan
- Cover and bring to a simmer
- Add rice and mix well. Cover again.
- Lower heat to low or medium low and cook for 15 minutes.
- Turn off heat and let sit for 10 minutes, uncover and fork.
