Pastrami "Reuben"

 A quick and delicious sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Butter
  • 2 slices of your bread of choice
  • 2 slices of swiss cheese
  • 4 oz pastrami
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sauerkraut
  • Yellow mustard
Directions:
  1. Add a little butter to a pan over medium low heat and allow to melt
  2. Add one slice of bread and move around to cover in butter. Remove from pan.
  3. Repeat with other slice of bread, but don't remove.
  4. Add mayo to slice of bread currently in the pan and then stack a slice of cheese, pastrami, sauerkraut, mustard, second slice of cheese.
  5. Add mayo to other slice and put on top.
  6. Cook slowly until underside is well browned, flip and do the same to the other side.
  7. Allow to cool for 1 minute and then slice (diagonally of course) and serve.
