Weekly meal plan 10/10 - 10/16
Going to try just writing down our weekly meal plan. Again all of this is really just me talking to future me so that I can come back and reference this when planning out meals. I will really try to come back and make sure that their are recipes for everything that I post here.
Also I try and optimize for cooking on the weekends (I even will do some cooking on Monday when I have energy still) then trying to keep things simple during the week. Also this turned out to be a week heavy on chicken, which really wasn't by design.
Meal Plan:
Saturday - Getting other people to make us food!
Sunday - Roast chicken with roasted cauliflower and side salad
Bonus weekend brunch - Cream biscuits with sausage gravy and fried eggs
Monday - Lentil and chicken stew (Threw in some mushrooms this time too)
Tuesday - Salmon Burgers (Frozen leftovers) with roasted carrots
Wednesday - Lentil and chicken stew again
Thursday - Chicken Tikka Masala (Frozen leftovers) with broccoli
Friday - Lentil and chicken stew finally
