Thanksgiving
Just some general thoughts that I am throwing here for Thanksgiving. We start apps at 2PM and then take a break and eat at 4PM followed by dessert at 6PM. Gives plenty of time for digestion and enjoyment.
- Use a kosher bird since it has already been salted for you and makes things a lot easier
- 3 lbs of turkey per cup of gravy
- 1 tbsp fat and flour per cup of gravy

- Cranberry sauce - Just use the recipe on the bag, cut the sugar in half, no need to use orange juice
