Jalapeno popper dip
Ingredients:
- 2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese (softened)
- 8 ounces shredder pepper jack cheese
- 12 jalapenos
- 12 oz of bacon, diced
Directions:
- Cook bacon and drain on paper towel
- Meanwhile finely dice jalapeno
- Mix cooked bacon, jalapeno, cream cheese and most of the pepper jack cheese in a 2 quart oven safe dish
- Sprinkle rest of the cheese on top
- Bake in a 400 F oven for 20-25 minutes
