Jalapeno popper dip

Ingredients: 

  • 2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces shredder pepper jack cheese
  • 12 jalapenos
  • 12 oz of bacon, diced

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon and drain on paper towel
  2. Meanwhile finely dice jalapeno
  3. Mix cooked bacon, jalapeno, cream cheese and most of the pepper jack cheese in a 2 quart oven safe dish
  4. Sprinkle rest of the cheese on top
  5. Bake in a 400 F oven for 20-25 minutes
